This role requires expert operation of a clamp truck preferably within a corrugated manufacturing environment, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time to maintain continuous production flow. The driver will conduct routine equipment inspections, follow all safety and quality protocols, and work closely with production and warehouse teams to support plant efficiency and overall operational goals. This position can support 2nd shift, 2 pm - 11 pm or 3rd shift, 11 pm - 7 am operations. Key Responsibilities * Safely operate a clamp truck to transport, load, unload, and stage rolls of paper and finished goods. * Support corrugator and converting operations by ensuring timely delivery of materials. * Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality, accuracy, and damage. * Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs. • Follow all safety protocols and required PPE standards, • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas. Suggest and support improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency • Operate and support systems including:, • High-speed corrugating machinery, • Robotic assembly equipment, • Conveyors and batch mixers, • Electrical distribution and building automation systems, • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic, • Show willingness to learn and grow technical skills, • Minimum Educational Requirements, • High School Diploma/GED, • Job related certifications, a plus, • 3+ years experience operating a clamp truck required, • Preferred candidate will possess, • Prior experience in corrugated industry, • Experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus, • Associates degree directly related to manufacturing is a plus, • Must be able to read & use a non-metric measuring tape, • Ability to use hand tools, perform rigging, and handle materials, • Ability stand and walk for prolonged periods and maintain balance on narrow walkways, • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks, • Ability to reach vertically and horizontally with hands and arms, • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance, • Possess required visual abilities close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, • Workspace is not climate controlled and can reach both hot and cold extremes, • Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, • Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration
