What Success Looks Like • Drive company vehicles to and from customer sites, ensuring timely arrival, adherence to DOT and company vehicle policies, and safe operation under varying road conditions., • Execute landscape installation and maintenance tasks including grading, planting, sod installation, mulching, edging, trimming, and irrigation setup with accuracy and efficiency., • Operate a variety of hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and effectively to complete assigned work in residential, commercial, or municipal settings., • Interpret landscape plans and instructions from foremen to ensure tasks are completed to specification, on time, and with minimal rework., • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety standards and project needs., • Follow all job site safety protocols, participate in tailgate meetings, and assist in hazard identification and resolution during active projects., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment throughout the day., • Adapt to changing weather conditions and project requirements, staying productive and focused across varying environments., • Collaborate with team members respectfully and reliably to meet shared goals and uphold company standards., • Demonstrate pride in craftsmanship by paying attention to details, finishing strong, and asking questions when in doubt., • Support other divisions and seasonal work as needed, including snow removal, special projects, or facility maintenance., • High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates readiness for hands-on work, • Must be able to pass an MVR check and a DOT Medical Exam to drive., • Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required—training is provided for the right candidate, • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods in a variety of weather conditions, • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check are preferred, • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to take pride in visible, lasting results At The Loving Company, we believe diversity strengthens our teams and inclusion fuels innovation.
