Job Description Position consists of general repair and maintenance of a portfolio of properties located in Philadelphia. We are seeking a detailed oriented maintenance technician with exceptional diagnostics and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. We are looking for someone with general knowledge of repairs. The technician will be completing work orders for rental units, including residential properties. Job Description American Heritage Credit Union, a $5 billion Credit Union has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Facilities Technician. This position is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within the credit union. Assesses and monitors contractor/vendor performance and works closely with them to ensure work is completed according to specifications..
