Position Overview The Digital Coordinator supports the execution of French Cuff Boutique’s ecommerce and digital marketing strategy with a primary focus on: • Driving revenue and conversion, • Supporting the client experience online, • Strengthening organic traffic and search visibility to support long-term ecommerce growth, • Maintaining an elevated and cohesive brand presence across digital channels This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to prioritize high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives while supporting the overall digital experience of the business. Key Job Responsibilities · Partner with Marketing Manager to maintain homepage, collections, and site merchandising aligned with company priorities, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives · Manage daily ecommerce catalog updates including new arrivals, product organization, product linking, fit details, and product knowledge · Maintain strong website merchandising, navigation, and product organization to support both conversion and SEO optimization · Manage SEO strategy through optimized product titles, descriptions, collections, tagging, and on-site content to improve discoverability and organic traffic · Conduct monthly digital audits and provide growth recommendations tied to traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and ecommerce KPIs · Prioritize digital updates and merchandising strategies that support revenue growth, conversion, and average order value · Monitor and analyze digital KPIs including website conversion, online revenue, email performance, SMS performance, and product/category performance · Weekly on-brand creation & scheduling of content for social media such as reels, flat lays and styling videos · Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and client experience based on performance insights and business needs · Create and manage email campaigns in partnership with marketing and buying teams · Support SMS marketing execution and digital client engagement · Ensure digital messaging aligns with company branding, seasonal priorities, and target client · Assist with marketing initiatives including promotions, events, campaigns, product launches, and Style Circle initiatives · Collaborate with buying and visual teams to support cohesive product storytelling and full-look merchandising · Support store teams by ensuring digital representation aligns with in-store priorities and selling opportunities · Communicate effectively across departments regarding inventory movement, website needs, and digital priorities · Assist with ecommerce order processing, packaging, and inventory communication as needed · Acquire and organize vendor images and marketing assets in a timely manner · Support reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance · Prioritize high-impact, revenue-driving work while maintaining organization and efficiency during high-volume retail periods Minimum Requirements • Education: 4-Year College Degree in Retail, Marketing or Merchandising related degree plan, • 1-3 years’ experience in retail, ecommerce, digital marketing, or related fields, • Experience with website merchandising and ecommerce maintenance, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Strong written communication and copyediting skills, • Working knowledge of retail KPIs and digital performance metrics, • Strong understanding of fashion merchandising and styling, • Strong visual and merchandising instincts with an elevated, polished approach to digital presentation and brand storytelling, • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines, • Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset, • Proficient using AI tools to improve efficiency and digital workflows, • This position is fully on-site and based in Houston, Tx, • Ability to travel as needed, • Strong working knowledge of:, • --- Shopify, • --- Canva, • --- Microsoft Office Suite, • --- Adobe Creative Suite & Google Analytics knowledge/experience is a plus., • Must present a portfolio of work Salary and Benefits • This position is a mid-level position, • Compensation range of $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience, • Medical, dental, vision and supplemental insurance with employer contribution, • Retirement Savings Plan eligibility after one year of employment, • Paid Time Off, • Employee merchandise discount, • Opportunities for professional growth within a growing Houston fashion brand
