This position plays a critical leadership role within Online Fulfillment, partnering cross-functionally while upholding values of innovation, respect, sustainability, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities eCommerce & Fulfillment Operations • Own daily eCommerce fulfillment operations including order fulfillment, reverse logistics, inventory management, and customer service communication., • Lead U.S. fulfillment center operations to ensure accurate, on-time order dispatch., • Monitor operations end-to-end to identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive cost savings or throughput improvements., • Oversee ERP system operations, including daily monitoring and issue resolution to support a seamless fulfillment experience.Leadership, People & Process, • Lead, coach, and develop Online Fulfillment associates and temporary staff., • Own onsite HR processes and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture., • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and standardization across eCommerce operations., • Identify and implement quick-win operational initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives.Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), • Serve as the eCommerce operational lead for EHS programs, including administration, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaboration & Strategy, • Partner cross-functionally with global and local teams to enable reporting and improvements across cost, throughput, customer experience, and safety., • Oversee logistics partners to ensure fulfillment accuracy and service-level performance., • Monitor advancements in eCommerce automation and digital tools to improve customer order experiences.Required Qualifications, • 3+ years of people management and/or leadership experience., • Proven ability to establish efficient processes, systems, and operational workflows., • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with high attention to detail., • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)., • Familiarity with eCommerce software and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, payment gateways, fraud tools, personalization tools).Preferred Qualifications, • Bilingual in English and Spanish., • Experience with Salesforce and/or Zenkraft., • Relevant education or equivalent experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics.Benefits, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans #LI-GTT #LI-Onsite #gttjobsCompany DescriptionGlobal Technical Talent is a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation () with over 1.3 billion US$ in revenue and 5800 US employees.
