DSSW is seeking a Corporate Floater to provide critical support, training, and leadership across our Texas offices. What You’ll Do • Travel statewide to support offices with staffing gaps in roles such as Case Manager, Program Director, or Care Team Assistant II, • Train and mentor staff to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality, • Supervise care teams and ensure compliance with state and agency standards, • Conduct audits, evaluations, and quality assurance reviews, • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Program Directors to ensure smooth operations, • Develop and deliver training programs based on staff needs and regulatory updates, • Respond to incidents and complaints with corrective training and support, • Enhance onboarding and orientation processes for service attendants ✅ What You Bring • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 3+ years of experience as a Program Director and 2–3 years of training experience, • Strong knowledge of home care regulations and managed care programs, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and content creation tools (preferred), • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays, • Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Why Join DSSW? • Be part of a mission-driven organization that empowers independence, • Work with a supportive, compassionate team, • Enjoy a diverse and dynamic role with opportunities to grow Company DescriptionFounded in 1993, Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is one of the largest providers of support services to people with disabilities and the elderly in the State of Texas.
