Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Sales Support & Retailer Relationship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our internal sales teams and external retail partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient execution, and strong relationship management. You will support sales operations while working closely with retail buyers to understand requirements, manage day‐to‐day needs, and build long-term partnerships. Your energetic, detail-oriented approach will drive collaboration, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our retail network in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in sales support, account management, project coordination, and customer relationship management, including exposure to NetSuite and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Operations • Provide comprehensive sales support by coordinating order processing, managing documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, • Assist sales team members with pricing, product information, sales materials, and customer-specific requirements, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems (Netsuite), • Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution Retailer & Buyer Relationship Management • Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail buyers through regular communication, • Act as a key point of contact for retailer inquiries related to product availability, order status, timelines, and promotions, • Gather, document, and communicate retailer requirements clearly to internal teams, • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of retailer satisfaction Account Management & Reporting • Support account management activities by monitoring retailer performance metrics and KPIs, • Analyze sales and account data to identify trends and growth opportunities, • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for sales leadership and account teams, • Assist in seasonal planning, promotional execution, and replenishment coordination Retailer Onboarding & Enablement • Assist with onboarding new retail partners by guiding them through internal processes, • Ensure new retailers are smoothly integrated into the sales ecosystem Experience & Qualifications Required • Proven experience in sales support, account management, or customer-facing roles within retail, wholesale, financial services, or B2B environments, • Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems, • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders, • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Preferred • Experience working directly with retail buyers or managing retailer accounts, • Knowledge of SaaS solutions and comfort supporting system-driven workflows, • Understanding of marketing strategies, sales analytics, and performance reporting, • Background or exposure to project management methodologies, • Experience within financial services or highly regulated environments is a plusCompany DescriptionSouthern Telecom (ST) strives to improve everyday life with engaging products and cutting-edge innovation.
