Job DescriptionData Center (Mission Critical) Administrator Summary Meriton, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Center (Mission Critical) Administrator to support operations at the Texas AirSystems office in Lubbock, TX. This onsite contract role plays a critical administrative and coordination function between service technicians, sales teams, and leadership within a mission?critical (data center) HVAC environment. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative or sales support experience, excellent communication skills, and confidence working in a fast?paced, operational setting. This is an urgent need with immediate interview availability. Compensation • Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, • Employment Type: Temporary (90 days, with potential extension)Location & Schedule, • Work Location: Lubbock, TX 79423 - Texas AirSystems - Lubbock Office, • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, • Work Environment: 100% onsiteDay-to-Day Responsibilities, • Serve as the primary administrative liaison between on-site service teams and sales teams, • Maintain and coordinate schedules for service and project activities, • Track and manage all equipment documentation, including startup forms, log sheets, and warranty information, • Schedule and facilitate daily and weekly site meetings via Microsoft Teams, • Monitor and track weekly job costs for multiple projects, • Ensure consistent communication with sales teams throughout the full scope of work, • Support sales teams by establishing purchase orders (POs), processing technician requests, and ensuring accurate job allocation, • Maintain organized records to support mission-critical data center operationsTypical Qualifications, • Prior experience in administrative support, project coordination, or sales team support (required), • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal), • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, onsite environment, • Experience supporting service teams, operations, or HVAC/technical industries is a plusPay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Jason Timothy Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
