Job Description Why this role matters We’re looking for a dynamic Campus Recruiter/Coordinator to join our team and take the lead in attracting, hiring, and supporting early-career talent. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our university engagement efforts—building relationships with students, faculty, and career services while managing all aspects of our internship recruitment and campus event programming. What You’ll Do • Lead Campus Recruiting: Partner with schools and career centers to identify and attract top intern and entry-level talent., • Manage Intern Hiring Programs: Coordinate job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding for interns across the organization., • Plan & Execute Events: Organize campus programs, career fairs, networking events, and information sessions that showcase our culture and opportunities., • Be the Connector: Build strong relationships with student organizations, faculty, and campus leaders to increase our visibility and brand on campus., • Support Talent Initiatives: Assist with additional HR/recruiting projects, employee engagement efforts, and special initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline. What you bring: • 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting and engagement (internship experience counts!), • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, • Proven strategy development and management skills with an organized and detail-oriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines., • Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, marketing and higher education faculty., • Passion for working with students and early-career professionals., • Willingness to travel to campuses and events as needed. The rate for this position generally ranges between $55K-65K annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
