Job Description Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Entry-Level) Department: Information Technology Reports To: VP of Asset Management FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary: The IT Systems Support Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the company’s internal systems, software platforms, and IT-related operations. This position focuses on system administration, vendor and license management, documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), cost optimization, and day-to-day IT support for internal teams. This role offers a strong growth path, with advancement opportunities based on demonstrated capability, initiative, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Systems & Application Support: • Support and administer core business systems including NetSuite (ERP), Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Expensify, RingCentral, ZoomInfo, and other SaaS platforms, • Assist with user access management, permissions, and system configuration, • Maintain accurate system documentation and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency Vendor, License & Cost Management: • Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, and usage to minimize waste and control costs, • Review vendor contracts and assist leadership in evaluating renewals, utilization, or discontinuation, • Monitor and review telecom and internet services (mobile, landline, internet) for cost optimization, • Manage company accounts such as Amazon Business Prime, Verizon/AT&T, and other service providers Reporting & Process Improvement: • Generate regular system and KPI reports, • Assist in streamlining processes such as expense reporting and internal workflows, • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and automation IT Support & Collaboration: • Respond to ad-hoc IT support requests from employees, • Support Marketing and other departments with IT-related needs, • Assist with company domain and website management Cybersecurity & IT Governance: • Support basic cybersecurity best practices and make recommendations for improvement, • Organize IT systems, documentation, and vendor information into a transferable structure, • Coordinate with outsourced IT providers, including international vendors Qualifications: Required: • Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience), • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and business systems, • Strong organizational and documentation skills, • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: • Experience with NetSuite, Power-BI, • Exposure to SOP creation or process documentation, • Basic scripting or automation experience Physical Requirements: • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Equal Employment Opportunity: The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
