Job DescriptionSalary: $68,640.00 - $71,000.00 Overview Southern California-based commercial construction + development company is seeking a reliable and team-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our growing firm. The Assistant Property Managers responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the Property Manager overseeing the coordination of building and maintenance needs of the work sites, helping to ensure that the facilities are safe/clean environments, and serving as a liaison between the onsite staff and any external agencies related to the property including insurers and local government officials. Responsibilities • Routinely inspect property interiors and exteriors for unreported maintenance items, ensuring facilities stay in top condition, • Review, prepare and assign maintenance work orders to triage and dispatch appropriate work teams, • Coordinate with external security and janitorial services for special event coverage, • Ensure buildings maintain compliance with local, state and federal codes, • Ensure maintenance and service request are completed timely, • Develop and maintain FFE inventories, • Review and approve payables invoices against work orders/purchase orders and contract agreements, • Assist corporate accounting team with preparation of contractual invoices and special bill-backs, • Act as point of contact for afterhours emergency calls, • Assist senior management with annual budget, • Four-Year Degree Required, • Minimum 8 -10+ years experience directly supporting commercial retail property administration/management required, • Basic knowledge of property maintenance, including HVAC/plumbing/electrical, required. IFMA courses a plus, • Must be able to pass both a Live Scan DOJ process & a TB assessment, • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction, • Familiarity with facilities management practices and principles, • Software knowledge (ServiceTitan/GoFMX/Yardi/Pelican) preferred, • Valid drivers license with the ability to be added to company insurance policy and able to commute between site locations, • Strong conflict management abilities to resolve disputes amicably How We Determine What We Pay We determine pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. Job Description PACE is seeking a well-organized, dynamic individual to support business development efforts including assistance with preparing high quality competitive proposals and implementing marketing communication projects through social media, conference coordination, advertising, and creating brand awareness. This individual will report to the Vice President of Client Services within the Business Development Division of PACE and work closely with several technical and management staff members to ensure that key strategies and guidelines are identified and closely followed. Additionally, this person will help manage the proposal materials database, support tracking, and follow-up.
