Job DescriptionDescription: Job Title: Company Trainer – Property Management Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized Company Trainer to oversee and execute training initiatives across our property management portfolio. This individual must have a strong background in property management and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and tracking all employee training programs company-wide. The ideal candidate will be passionate about staff development, understand the day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, and bring energy and structure to our training efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with department heads to ensure training content is current, role-specific, and aligned with company goals and compliance standards., • Coordinate onboarding schedules to ensure timely completion of all required trainings for new hires., • Maintain and update training calendars, tracking systems, and records., • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and manager follow-up., • Ensure consistent communication of upcoming training sessions to relevant staff., • Collaborate with Regional Managers to ensure site-level training compliance., • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to training content and delivery., • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory requirements., • Create or assemble training materials and tools to support in-person and virtual sessions., • Review existing training materials and restructure content into a clear, logical progression., • Develop a comprehensive, facilitator-ready syllabus that is clear, content-rich, and accessible to employees at all levels., • Own the accuracy, structure, and ongoing updates of all company training content., • Oversee the delivery and execution of the training program once established., • Proven experience in the property management industry (3+ years preferred)., • Previous training, onboarding, or instructional experience strongly preferred., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Experience with learning management systems (LMS)., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus., • Knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and other industry compliance standards. #ID25 #OFFICE25
