Job DescriptionMaterial Handlers | Climate‑Controlled Environment | Great Culture & Benefits! 🌟 Schedule: • 1st Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm, • 2nd Shift: 1:00pm–9:30pm, • Some voluntary overtime available; occasional required hours. About the Role: We’re seeking dependable, detail‑oriented Material Handlers to join our growing team! You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse supporting cleanroom production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with a small team, and contributing to a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: • Unload incoming materials from delivery vehicles, • Review receiving documents and route materials to proper storage locations, • Pull inventory for production or shipping orders, • Record all receiving, storage, and distribution information accurately, • Use computer systems to locate and manage inventory, • Follow procedures under direct supervision to support production needsEssential Skills & Experience:, • 1–2+ years of shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment, • 1–2+ years of experience preparing shipments using computer systems, • Familiarity with Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs), • Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems a plusPreferred Qualifications:, • 3–4 years as a Material Handler in warehouse or production settings, • Experience with inventory, stocking, and kitting, • Ability to prepare shipments via FedEx and UPS, • Familiarity with Oracle (training provided if needed)Why You’ll Love Working Here:, • Friendly, team‑oriented culture, • Air‑conditioned environment—stay cool and comfortable, • Retention bonuses: Earn $250 after 30, 60, and 90 days, • Excellent medical benefits, • Contract‑to‑hire opportunity—we want our great people to stay!
