Job Description Stone Fabrication Industry Experience Required Tampa Stone Fabricators is looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager to lead revenue growth for a premier stone fabrication and installation company known for precision, innovation, and execution. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and developing scalable strategies for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of leading a team, managing key accounts, and creating accountability across the sales process. You will work closely with leadership and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to installation. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with experience in construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or related industries who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Compensation • Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 (base salary) $200,000+ OTE, • Paid Time Off, • Medical, • Dental Plan, • Vision, • Basic Life and AD&D, • Voluntary Life AD&D, • Short- and Long-Term Disability Plan, • Accident (High & Low) Plan, • Critical Illness Plan, • Hospital Indemnity Plan Responsibilities: • Provide overall leadership and direction for the company, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and vision, • Drive operational excellence across production, installation, and support functions, • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, including Production, Operations, and departmental leaders, • Establish and track KPIs across all departments, ensuring accountability and performance, • Optimize processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability, • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, • Strengthen infrastructure to support scalability, including systems, reporting, and organizational structure, • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization, • Partner with ownership on strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and long-term planning, • Proven executive leadership experience in the stone fabrication industry, • Strong track record of scaling operations and improving performance in a production-driven environment, • Deep understanding of operational systems, process improvement, and KPI-driven management, • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving profitability, • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and hold teams accountable, • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results at all levels of the organization, • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments We are a well-established, high-growth countertop and surfacing company serving national, regional, and custom homebuilders.
