Job Description Job Description This is not a sit-behind-a-desk job and its definitely not boring. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) exists to fuel the engine of the sales team. Your primary objective is simple and measurable: Fill the producers pipeline and calendar with real sales conversations. At a minimum, you are expected to generate 4 quality conversations per day, per producer. These conversations are the foundation of everything we do they lead to appointments, presentations, closed deals, and income. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, competitive, and fun. Compensation This is a performance-based, commission-driven role. You earn 30% of the producers closed commission on business generated through your efforts.
