Job DescriptionSalary: $19 per hour Overview The Drivers primary duties are delivering all orders, shopping, maintaining delivery vehicles, and providing stellar customer service at every FBO and Client location. All kitchen tasks. Responsibilities and Associated Duties: Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Driver will be responsible for managing the timeliness of the final product's delivery to the appropriate location. • The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering catering orders and concierge items safely and on time in compliance with ONeills Standard Operating Procedures., • The driver is responsible for driving safely under the laws and safety guidelines of the state (s) they drive in and for always being courteous and careful to avoid accidents and dangerous situations while on the road., • The driver is responsible for maintaining the vehicle fleet, cleaning the vehicles they use, and removing all trash. They clean the car a minimum of once per week and ensure that the Telematics (route tracker) signal and FOB are in working order. They will always fill the gas tank before returning to the kitchen on their final run., • Carry acell phone with mapping GPS abilities and the ability to make and receive calls and textsat all times to communicate with GM/Guest Services/Chef as required or needed., • Dress professionally and within the guidelines of ONeals procedures, including the company-approved uniform., • Assist with assembling silverware units and stocking items in the company vehicles., • Meet and review compliance and delivery performance weekly with the GM to ensure ONEILLS standards and procedures are accurately reflected in their day-to-day operation, • Safely operate company vehicles and drive in compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations., • Further responsibilities may include picking up supplies as needed during business hours, and routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance, • Understand and maintain quality control and food-safety procedures of food products during delivery., • The Cook will follow a list of production on a daily basis. This list will consist of all culinary Preparation needs. The requests will be set by culinary supervisors. The completion of this list will require a reasonable, timely effort and a level of multitasking., • The Cook is a culinary professional in the Company kitchen and is responsible for conducting himself or herself in the utmost professional manner, whether working in our kitchen, on-site at a client location, and supporting all work required, including sanitation, driving, and working with external customers and administrative support staff., • The Cook will work efficiently while multitasking, • The Cook is responsible for verifying that food quality and specifications are met, prioritizing food production orders, quality assurance, verifying the use of proper trays and packaging with accuracy, food safety, and HACCP compliance., • The Cook maintains a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen by setting up sanitizing stations, assists in monitoring and journaling temperature logs, and uses gloves, food safety tools, and best practices when cooking in the kitchen., • The Cook will use preventative maintenance on all kitchen equipment., • The Cook is responsible for delivering catering orders and concierge items in a safe and timely manner in compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures. Must follow the safety guidelines of the state (s) they drive in while being courteous and careful to avoid accidents and dangerous situations while on the road., • Dress professionally and within the guidelines of COMPANY procedures, including the company-approved uniform., • All driving expectations and responsibilitieswhen asked to drive and or deliver, • A high school diploma is required., • A demonstrated ability to take orders, follow through, direct, and work well with others in a team-driven, fast-paced environment is essential., • Previous face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality is essential., • Individuals must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Prior delivery driving experience is preferred. The Driver must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass an FAA on-ramp security clearance, pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings,and random drug and alcohol screenings., • Culinary experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering, or its equivalent required., • Current SERV Safe Food Handling Certificate required at hire or within 7 days of hire., • The demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
