What You'll Do As a Milling Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our production process helping transform premium raw materials into the precision-crafted components that make a DeWils cabinet unmistakable. You'll work alongside a passionate, tight-knit team in our milling department, learning the craft from the ground up. • Operate woodworking machinery to mill lumber, panels, and components to specification, • Read a tape measure accurately and consistently this is the one skill we need you to walk in with, • Perform quality checks to ensure dimensions and finishes meet our exacting standards, • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe at all times, • Participate actively in daily team communication and continuous improvement conversations, • Learn, absorb, and ask great questions come ready to be taught and take that training seriously, • Grow into a skilled milling craftsperson with time, training, and drive Who We're Looking For Here's the truth: we're not looking for someone who already knows everything about milling. We're looking for someone who ishungry to learn it. If you have a growth mindset, a great attitude, and you can read a tape measure we will teach you the rest. • Ability to read a tape measure this is the one non-negotiable technical skill, • A genuine eagerness to learn new processes and take on new challenges, • A team-first attitude you show up, you contribute, you communicate, • An open mind for continuous improvement you're not just here to do a job, you're here to help make us better, • Comfort in a fast-paced, production manufacturing environment, • Attention to detail you notice when something is off and you speak up, • Reliability and consistency your team counts on you, • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs Prior woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus but it is absolutely not required.
