Job Description Scope: Responsible for accurately balancing and auditing all hotel income and expenses for a 24-hour operating period, ensuring financial accuracy and smooth overnight operations. Primary Responsibilities: * Accurately audits and reconciles room revenue, food and beverage charges, and telephone revenue; assists in the preparation of daily financial reports. * Reviews and verifies room and tax charges, cashier reports, guest folios, and internal house accounts for accuracy and compliance. * Prepares and transmits essential reports including the customer tracking report, market segmentation analysis, and food and beverage revenue summaries to support daily revenue accounting. * Coordinates with other hotel departments to resolve discrepancies, clarify financial data, and maintain accurate records. * Performs all Guest Service Representative duties as needed, including making reservations, answering phone calls, and relaying guest messages. * Ensures the proper handling and security of department keys and confidential information. * Responds promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and follow-through. * Maintains a professional appearance and upholds the hotel’s standards for dress, grooming, and conduct. * Complies with all company policies, procedures, and may serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.
