What you'll actually do You're a setter AND a closer. Two distinct jobs, one role. Setter mode (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Mon–Fri): You'll work the manual actions tab in our GHL CRM. Every prospect flagged there has already engaged with our cold outreach, they're not random cold calls. You'll dial them, qualify, set the appointment on your own calendar, and disposition each contact (callback, remove, booked). Closer mode (11:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri): Run the appointments. We'll give you the proven discovery → demo → pricing → close framework that's converting today. You'll show the platform live, walk prospects through the case studies, recommend the right plan, and close on the call. Average commission per close is around $225. You'll have access to: • A full sales training playbook built from real, recorded calls, including objection handling, multi-stakeholder calls, payment troubleshooting, and three different closing patterns, • Live demo accounts and case study videos for every industry we serve, • A dedicated CRM with everything pre-loaded (manual actions, dispositions, calendar, notifications), • Real-time support from the founder and team during your first 30 days Schedule • Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (your local time), • Setter block: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, • Closer block: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM, • Saturdays and Sundays off, • Part-time is only viable if your existing sales role lets you fully block your calendar during the hours above.
