Key Responsibilities: •Full time position. The main objective would be to oversee operational duties of the shop. This would include organizing fridges, FIFO, ordering/receiving, writing prep lists. In addition to managing the shop you would be expected to assemble sandwiches in an efficient and clean work space when needed.
