Job DescriptionDental Hygienist (Multiple Openings) Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Schedule: Variable Duration: Flexible Per-Diem Job Summary A healthcare organization is seeking dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienists to join its clinical team across the state of Wisconsin. In this role, you will work closely with dentists and dental staff to deliver high-quality oral healthcare and ensure an excellent patient experience. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide oral hygiene care and dental treatments in accordance with state regulations, • Perform dental cleanings, including removal of plaque, tartar, and stains above and below the gum line, • Apply fluoride treatments and protective sealants, • Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative care, • Review and maintain accurate patient medical histories, • Operate dental equipment, including Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) systems (as required), • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards, • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, • Collaborate effectively with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff, • Perform additional duties as assignedWork Environment, • Clinical/medical setting with standard dental equipment (x-rays, computers, etc.), • Sterile, well-lit environment requiring PPE (gloves, masks, protective eyewear), • Regular exposure to clinical materials, including blood-borne pathogens (OSHA training required)Physical Requirements, • Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods, • Frequent use of hands and arms for clinical procedures, • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, • Strong visual and auditory acuity for patient careRequired Qualifications, • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Hygienist, • Experience with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) equipment, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • High school diploma (or equivalent), • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene programCertifications & Licensure, • Active state-issued Dental Hygiene license, • CPR certification About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
