American Traveler is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 04/13/2026, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours, evenings, • Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview • Shift: Evenings, 5x8hrs, • Hours: 40 hrs/wk, • Start Date: Apr 13, 2026, • Length: 13 weeks, • Work in a 5-bed ultrasound unit within a 167-bed Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, Level III Maternity, and Primary Stroke Center, • Patient types include general, abdominal, vascular, small parts, refluxes, venous/arterial dopplers, and biopsies; cardiac imaging is performed by an Echo tech, • OB/GYN scanning limited to viability studies for ER patients only, • 1:1 patient ratio, • Preferred equipment includes GE Logiq 7, GE Logiq 10, Siemens, Octavia, and Parks Flo-Lab, • EMR: Epic (experience preferred), • 8-hour evening shifts, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, • On-call responsibility one full weekend every 4–6 weekends (24/7 coverage); no weekday on-call required, • Weekend on-call may include holidays, • May float to general, vascular, procedures, and limited OB through the emergency roomRequirements, • Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience in general, abdominal, vascular, small parts, and venous/arterial doppler imaging, • ARDMS certification (vascular and abdominal) required, • BLS required, • Active license required if applicable, • Epic EMR experience preferred, • Minimum 1 professional reference dated within the past year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN, • Last 4 digits of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration, • COVID vaccine requiredAdditional Information, • First-time travelers are welcome to apply, • Orientation is 1–3 shifts on the unit, based on individual experience and comfort level, • Weekday coverage is team-based; weekend on-call shifts are worked independently (solo), • Supported by a lead ultrasound tech and supervisor during regular shifts, • Up to 7 days of time off may be approved during the assignment, • Any color scrubs are permitted With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
