    Join Our Team at MindHealthUSA MindHealthUSA is a tele-mental health clinic dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality care through secure Zoom sessions. We are hiring licensed mental health professionals across several disciplines. All roles are per diem — providers are credentialed and compensated per session. Psychiatrist (MD/DO) Compensation: $200 per session (W2) Responsibilities: • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning., • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications., • Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up visits., • Supervise up to 4 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)., • Collaborate with therapists and other providers for holistic patient care. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Compensation: $82–$100 per session (W2 or 1099, depending on arrangement) Responsibilities: • Perform psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans., • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications under psychiatrist supervision., • Provide follow-up visits and monitor treatment outcomes., • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and therapists., • Ensure compliance with telehealth regulations and maintain thorough documentation. Supervising Therapist (LCSW / LCSW-R) Compensation: Competitive, per diem (W2 or 1099) Responsibilities: • Provide psychotherapy to patients via Zoom., • Supervise up to 6 LMSW therapists., • Ensure quality of care, clinical oversight, and adherence to ethical guidelines., • Participate in case reviews and offer clinical guidance., • Maintain timely and accurate documentation. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Compensation: Competitive per session (per diem) Responsibilities: • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions., • May serve as a supervising therapist (if supervising credentials are held)., • Support patients through evidence-based therapeutic approaches., • Collaborate with the care team for comprehensive treatment., • Deliver advanced psychotherapy services., • Eligible to provide supervision to other therapists., • Support complex patient cases with advanced clinical expertise., • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and LMSWs., • Ensure compliance with state and telehealth practice standards. Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Compensation: $35 per session (W2) Responsibilities: • Provide psychotherapy under supervision of an LCSW/LCSW-R., • Conduct patient sessions via Zoom., • Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions., • Collaborate with supervising therapist and care team., • Maintain proper treatment documentation and progress notes. 👉 All positions require active New York licensure, telehealth readiness, and commitment to patient-centered mental health care. Compact privileges (PSYPACT, Counseling Compact, Social Work Compact) strongly preferred.

Job Description Title: NAMI Family Support Group Facilitator (Stipend Provided) Location: Columbia County, NY (Hudson, Kinderhook, and other local venues; some online meetings) Commitment: 2 meetings per month (90 minutes each), plus prep/coordination time Compensation: Stipend provided for your time and travel About the Role NAMI Columbia County is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of Family Support Group Facilitators.In this peer-led role, you’ll co-lead monthly support groups that provide a safe, confidential space where families can share experiences, listen, and encourage one another. You’ll never lead alone — facilitators work in pairs, with training and ongoing mentorship provided.
