Position Description Certified nursing assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Provides basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. Job Type: Full-time (8 and 12 hour shifts available), Part-time, and PRN Employee Benefits Package • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • $100/month company contribution to an HSA account, • Daily Pay Option, • 401K, • Employer paid life insurance 1x annual salary, • Paid Time Off & Flexibility, • Generous Paid Time Off, • Personal Day Benefit, • Guidance and assistance from a dedicated regional team, • Provides residents’ personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths., • Provides activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning residents., • Assists with lifting, positioning and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc., in keeping with specific resident safety needs; Assists residents in preparation for and transporting to appointments, activities and social programs, • Participate in meal service including serving, clearing, and cleaning the dining room; Assures that residents are positioned appropriately for meals; Assures that appropriate utensils are within reach of residents; Serves food trays and assists with feeding as indicated; Delivers and documents all a.m., p.m., and bedtime snacks and supplements; Provides hydration to all residents according to center policy., • Valid state certification., • Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, • High integrity and well-grounded work ethic, • Agility and flexibility with changing priorities, • Team-oriented and a practical team-player
