Responsibilities and Duties: • Ensure prescriptions given to patients are correct using name/address to confirm, • Process patient credit card payments using the POS system with attention to detail and/or handle money properly and record transactions accurately, • Answer telephones in a timely manner, direct calls to appropriate personnel and escalate clinical questions to a pharmacist when required., • Accurately box medications for shipment to ensure stability, durability and usability by selecting packaging products that are validated to maintain the appropriate temperature range and by following the outline pack out steps.
