Senior Vice President of Corporate Dining Reporting to the President of the Managed Services Division, the Senior Vice President of Operations is a strategic, client-savvy executive responsible for leading a $500M+ multi-client, global portfolio of premier corporate accounts. This transformational leader will serve as the relationship link between Restaurant Associates, our valued clients, and our associates. The SVP is an experienced thought leader with proven strategic and operational capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to operate confidently at the highest levels of the organization while remaining connected to the frontline workforce. In this senior leadership role, the SVP will shape and execute business strategy while organizing, collaborating, and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and measurable results. Job Summary Summary/Essential Functions: Revenue and Profitability Leadership • Drive organic growth across existing partnerships while partnering with Business Development on strategic sales initiatives, executive presentations, negotiations, and contract approvals., • Develop and execute strategic and financial plans, ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined budget management, and optimized operational productivity., • Meet all client and R/A budgets and achieve all client KPIs People, Performance & Culture • Lead and inspire a high-performing operational leadership team including senior general managers through VPs, fostering a culture aligned with RA’s MVV and C.A.R.E. principles where associates are Proud to Work., • Drive talent strategy including succession planning, executive development, performance management, and a strong recruitment and retention culture., • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategies, remove obstacles, and advance enterprise priorities., • Communicate corporate objectives with clarity and transparency, creating alignment and commitment across clients, teams, and cross-functional partners., • Model RA’s Leadership Model by creating a shared sense of purpose and inspiring trust, accountability, and ownership at all levels. Innovation, Operational Excellence and Safety • Direct a $500M+ portfolio to achieve high performance as measured by the company scorecard, delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation., • Champion operational excellence and innovation across culinary, hospitality, and service platforms, driving continuous improvement and service consistency., • Ensure compliance with RA and Compass policies, safety standards, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable; partner with Labor Relations as required. Client Retention and Satisfaction • Serve as executive sponsor for premier and strategic accounts, building trusted C-suite relationships and positioning RA as a strategic hospitality partner., • Anticipate client needs, communicate performance results, introduce innovative programs, and lead client, customer, and associate satisfaction strategies., • Provide strategic oversight and partnership within RA’s Global Corporate Dining portfolio, ensuring alignment of standards, innovation, client experience, and financial performance across domestic and international markets. Demonstrates RA’s Leadership Model: Create a common sense of purpose, inspiring others to do their very best through trust, transparency, respect and emotional intelligence.
