Conduct ongoing clinical assessments, including OASIS assessments, to identify patient/client needs and determine levels of functioning., • Evaluate patients' occupational performance in areas such as self-care, work, leisure, and rest., • Assess sensory-motor neuromuscular, psycho-social, and cognitive-perceptual components of occupational behavior., • Evaluate physical, social, and cultural components of patients' occupational environment., • Facilitate direct therapeutic interventions to address ROM, strength, coordination, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental modifications., • Develop, evaluate, and revise the plan of care in collaboration with patients, representatives, and caregivers., • Document clinical notes, phone orders, and other records in a timely manner., • Accept clinical assignments consistent with education and competence., • Provide physician-ordered services, including patient/client, caregiver, and family counseling and education., • Supervise and guide occupational therapy assistants and home health aides as appropriate., • Apply infection control and standard precautions to prevent contamination and transmission of disease., • Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and prolonged standing/walking., • Capability to work under stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient/client needs., • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage, • Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance, • Accident, Critical Illness, and Cancer Insurance, • PTO - 80 hours, • 6 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday, • 401k retirement savings plan w/ discretionary match, • Company-paid life insurance, • Mileage reimbursement About Jet Health Jet Health provides services to allow people to receive care in their home – where they are most comfortable and familiar.
