We're looking for friendly, outgoing, guest‑focused Summer Seasonal Guest Services Hosts/Hostesses to help create smooth, welcoming, and memorable first impressions throughout the park's entry and arrival areas. From selling tickets to assisting in parking lots and operating turnstiles, you'll help guests begin their day with ease, excitement, and a smile. What You'll DoTicket Sales & Admissions • Sell admission tickets, season passes, add‑ons, and upgrades, • Provide information on pricing, promotions, and park offerings, • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately and efficiently, • Assist guests with ticketing questions, barcode scans, and troubleshooting, • Ensure each transaction is friendly, helpful, and professionalTurnstiles & Front Gate Operations, • Welcome guests as they enter the park, • Scan tickets, passes, and digital admission for a smooth entry process, • Verify access credentials and provide hand stamps or wristbands when required, • Manage guest flow to keep lines moving safely and efficiently, • Support re-entry procedures throughout the dayParking Lot Support, • Greet incoming vehicles and provide parking directions, • Assist with parking fee collection, if applicable, • Help manage traffic flow to ensure safety and efficiency, • Provide guidance for accessible parking, drop-off zones, and bus/group parking, • Help guests navigate from parking areas to the front gateGuest Service & Information, • Answer questions about park maps, schedules, shows, and attractions, • Offer directions, tips, and helpful recommendations, • Assist with stroller/wheelchair rentals (if applicable), • Maintain a friendly, welcoming presence throughout all guest arrival areas, • Help resolve guest concerns with patience and positivitySafety, Show Quality & Efficiency, • Maintain clean, organized workspaces in ticket booths, turnstiles, and arrival zones, • Keep walkways, queue lines, and waiting areas tidy and guest-ready, • Follow all safety protocols related to cash handling, traffic flow, and equipment, • Communicate any issues to supervisors quickly and clearlyWhat You Bring, • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service, • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with guests of all ages, • Ability to learn point-of-sale systems and follow cash-handling procedures, • Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, • Reliability, patience, and a team-focused attitude, • Previous customer-service or cash-handling experience a plus, but not requiredYou'll Love This Role If You're..., • Someone who enjoys being the "first impression" of the park, • Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about helping guests, • Comfortable being on your feet and working outside, • Able to stay calm and friendly during busy arrival times, • A problem-solver who loves making people's day easierPerks of the Park, • Paid summer position (or academic credit if applicable), • Hands-on experience in admissions, guest service, and operations, • Opportunities for advancement into supervisory or year-round roles, • Complimentary or discounted park admission and employee perks, • A summer job where you help start every guest's adventure with magic
