Position Overview: We are seeking a Temp-to-Perm Manufacturing/Operations Recruiter who will own the end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing and operations roles. This position is critical to driving hiring success by managing all phases of recruitment, from intake and sourcing to interviewing, offer delivery, and onboarding. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about identifying top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies, with strong expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates and ensure a seamless hiring experience. You will also contribute to the success of the recruiting team by maintaining timely communication, process excellence, and compliance throughout all recruitment activities. The Temp to Perm Manufacturing/Operations Recruiter will be expected to work on-site five days a week in our Somerset, NJ office. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and operations positions (both exempt and non-exempt)., • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans., • Source, attract, and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed., • Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone and in-person), administer assessments, verify references/backgrounds, and make hiring recommendations., • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices for manufacturing and operations roles., • Utilize traditional and nontraditional resources (career fairs, online job fairs, community events) to identify and attract talent., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet staffing goals., • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including affirmative action requirements. Other important Responsibilities: • Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels., • Collaborate selectively with employment agencies and search firms on hard-to-fill roles, while prioritizing in-house sourcing and direct recruitment efforts to reduce dependency on third-party vendors., • Provide training and coaching to hiring managers to improve interviewing skills and hiring effectiveness., • Maintain records of recruiting activities as required. Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years (or more) of full cycle recruiting experience, full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding., • Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed and other digital sourcing tools to find passive candidates., • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize hiring needs across departments., • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred., • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)., • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques., • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills., • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
