Job Description Pay: $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Contractor | Employment opportunities may be available. Valetudo PLLC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Las Vegas. We are especially interested in therapists with experience or interest in pediatric physical therapy, neurodevelopmental rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation, and/or sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. Candidates do not need experience in all of these areas. We welcome therapists who bring strength in one area and are interested in developing additional specialties within an interdisciplinary practice. New graduates with strong clinical training and an interest in pediatric, developmental, neurologic, or sports rehabilitation are encouraged to apply. About the Position The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat children, adolescents, and adults with a range of developmental, neurologic, musculoskeletal, mobility, and functional needs. Depending on the therapist's experience and interests, the caseload may include patients with: • Developmental and gross-motor delays, • Autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions, • Cerebral palsy and other neurologic conditions, • Gait, balance, and coordination difficulties, • Motor-planning and functional-mobility limitations, • Muscle weakness and reduced endurance, • Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, • Sports injuries, • Post-injury rehabilitation, • Strength, mobility, flexibility, and conditioning needs Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will: • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments., • Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care., • Provide pediatric, developmental, neurologic, orthopedic, and/or sports rehabilitation based on clinical expertise and patient needs., • Address gross-motor development, gait, balance, strength, coordination, motor planning, endurance, flexibility, and functional mobility., • Establish measurable short- and long-term treatment goals., • Develop and educate patients and families regarding home exercise and therapeutic programs., • Educate parents, caregivers, and patients regarding treatment goals and progress., • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation., • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated., • Coordinate care with other members of the patient's treatment team., • Maintain applicable professional, regulatory, ethical, and payer requirements., • Participate in the development of new rehabilitation programs as Valetudo's services expand. Multidisciplinary Environment Physical therapy is part of Valetudo's broader multidisciplinary model. Depending on the patient's needs and services available, PT may collaborate with professionals involved in areas such as: Behavioral health | Psychiatry | ABA | Occupational therapy | Speech-language therapy | Developmental services | Medical care We are looking for a therapist who values interdisciplinary communication and sees rehabilitation as part of the patient's overall functional and developmental care. Qualifications Required: • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program., • Current Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure., • Ability to perform independent PT evaluations and develop appropriate plans of care., • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills., • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Preferred but not required: • Pediatric physical therapy experience, • Neurodevelopmental or neurologic rehabilitation experience, • Sports or orthopedic rehabilitation experience, • Experience treating developmental disabilities, • Experience with gait and balance rehabilitation, • Experience in an outpatient multidisciplinary setting New graduates are welcome to apply. Compensation $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, specialty expertise, and employment arrangement. A candidate's compensation may reflect relevant pediatric, neurologic, developmental, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation experience. Additional compensation structures may be considered depending on schedule, productivity, and employment arrangement.
