Job Description Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through: • Preparing course plans and materials, • Delivering courses, • Curriculum Development, • Monitoring progress/attendance, • Advising students, • Recording grades and submitting reports, • Full time nursing faculty lead lecture, lab, and clinical for pre-licensure ASN and BSN courses, • Meeting the credentialing requirements compliant with state licensing agencies and regulatory boards, • Participating in program, institution and community activities, • Supporting the Program Director with programmatic accreditation EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: • Hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing. Doctorate Degree in Nursing is preferred., • Current unrestricted State of Florida RN License, • Full time nursing practice, minimum 2 years, • Full time teaching experience, minimum 2 years preferred, • Experience with learning outcomes assessments preferred
