ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS • Process credit applications received by running a credit report, sales history, and research applicants’ equity (Zillow), mail credit acceptance or denial letter, validate and enter resale certificate number into SAP. • Create new accounts in SAP using a new account tracker. Report weekly, a list of pending new off-premise accounts to senior management., • Update revoked licenses in SAP using SLA website, • Process sales deliveries and customer pickups according to policy & procedure, including tracking and necessary follow up., • Process mailing for Unclaimed Property Yearly, • Scan credit applications, resale certificates and any other customer correspondence into Webdocs, • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping the information confidential.• Maintain company’s stability and reputation by complying with federal and state regulations• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
