Work with passionate, entrepreneurial teammates who take pride in what they do What You’ll Do: • Manage day-to-day operations across a region of 20-25 commercial pool facilities, • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (HOAs, community managers, clubs, etc.), • Oversee preseason planning, ongoing staffing updates, and in-season performance check-ins, • Partner with our repair and renovation team to ensure client needs are identified and addressed, • Partner with a Regional Personnel Manager to ensure facility is staffed and trained for in-season operations, • Complete annual facility assessments and support basic sales follow-up for repair opportunities, • Lead teams of seasonal openers, supervisors, and pool staff to deliver safe, clean, high-performing operations, • Coordinate scheduling and coverage with the Regional Personnel Manager, • Shadow and support the Sr. Director of Operations, • Learn our operating model, client expectations, and quality standards through real-world experience, • Rotate through multiple regional teams to develop best practices and build confidence in the field, • Assist with preseason planning, mid-season operations, and postseason wrap-up, • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, hospitality, or team leadership, • Strong communication and organizational skills—you enjoy being the go-to person and keeping things moving, • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait for permission to fix a problem, • Comfort working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment (especially outdoors during summer months), • Willingness to get certified (or already hold certification) in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED, • Bonus points for experience in aquatics, recreation, or facilities—but not required, • Desire to grow into a long-term leadership role with increased responsibility

Job Description We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant with focus on fixed assets to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you will report directly to a Manager, Fixed Assets. You will support the implementation of processes, policies, and procedures ensuring the accuracy of Fixed Assets accounting and reporting, including our state-of-the-art multi-billion-dollar fiber network. You will play a major part in the financial month-end closing and reporting process by assisting the management of fixed assets and related work in construction journal entries for the company. You will partner with key business stakeholders and business finance partners to provide accounting guidance for all functional areas and to ensure adherence to applicable guidance, policies, and processes. As Senior Accountant, your duties and responsibilities will include: • Reviewing, analyzing and processing all capital asset additions, disposals, capital asset transfer requests and other asset transactions, • Maintaining and closing Asset Management SAP subledger and monitor aging balances for assets under construction, • Assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual Fixed Assets reports, • Analyzing and documenting income statement and balance sheet fluctuations monthly, • Preparing various balance sheet account reconciliations ensuring proper supporting documentation including monthly reconciliation of fixed asset subledger to general ledger balances, • Performing the internal processes for the calculation, allocation and recording of capitalized labor and capitalized interest, • Reviewing and enhancing analysis and analytical processes and controls, • Providing support for internal management reporting, external GAAP reporting, and external audit activities as necessary, • Ensuring effective working relationships with key business partners, • Performing special projects and any other duties and responsibilities as may be assignedQualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, • 5+ years of demonstrated, hands-on with business owner accounting experience in fixed assets accounting, • Experience with SAP required, • CPA Designation preferred, • Experience organizing and analyzing large volume of data and identifying and deploying automation tools/solutions, • Proficiency in the use of database tools and financial reporting packages, • Clear communicator, experience running meetings effectively, and to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience, • Complete ownership and accountability of the function given the deadline-oriented nature of the position, • Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, • Background in the telecommunications industry #LI-GF1 Additional Information WHY JOIN US?
