Qualifications * 7+ years of strategy consulting experience, with significant exposure to private equity clients and investment-related work (e.g., diligence, value creation, growth strategy). * Demonstrated success originating and managing consulting revenue of $1.5M+ annually within a management consulting or advisory environment. * Established relationships and credibility within the private equity ecosystem (sponsors, operating partners, portfolio leadership). * Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior client relationships, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. * Strategic thinker with a strong bias toward practical execution and impact. * Track record of balancing business development, client delivery, team leadership, and operational responsibilities. * Fluency in a foreign language is a plus but not required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). POSITION: The ideal General Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Trainers.
