He/she is responsible for directing the flow food production through the dining room and for supervising all front of the house staff. Essential Job Duties: • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and a 5-star guest experience., • Collaborate with department heads to optimize service standards, streamline processes, and maintain an exceptional dining experience., • Train and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and uphold our restaurant's high standards., • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment., • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation, timely service, and adherence to quality standards., • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring superior guest satisfaction., • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and increase revenue., • Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant., • At least 3 years' experience in a similar level managerial role in a high-volume restaurant environment is required., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors., • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns., • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and health and safety regulations., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively., • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities., • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and restaurant management software., • Ability to effectively communicate in English Physical Demands: -Physical demands include light work, prolonged walking and/or standing along with the occasional exertion of up to 30lbs of force.
