MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Availability Manager to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD or San Antonio, TX area. This is a night shift 10pm – 6pm (MD location) or 9pm – 5am (Texas location) Sunday – Thursday Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Serve as integral member of team operating from work centers in MD., • Support the delivery of services within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators across geographically dispersed supported regions via managing network outages, responding to Major Incidents, and performing analysis to create after action reports., • Use metrics and client data to identify trends, anticipate problems, perform root cause analysis and work with members across the IT teams to help implement preventative measures to ensure a best-in-class level of customer support services., • Complete tailored training successfully to provide 24/7 support to daily operations for a worldwide-IT operations support contract and provide feedback to other PMO teams as requested. Minimum Qualifications: • 2 years relevant experience in technical subject/engineering., • Must have Security+ or other IAT Level II certification, • Developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to various audiences and to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders., • Experience in a technical support role with an understanding of IT equipment, network, and end user devices., • Familiarity with network monitoring tools, and some experience with network switches (port security and understanding of operations). Clearance Requirements: • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly Physical Requirements: • Maintains a regular sedentary position, attends meeting both virtually and in person, constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet and must be willing to travel as needed to support operational demands.

Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of CT, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 3D post-processing, positioning, procedure preparation and technical factors associated with the CT, MRI and post processing systems., 3. Communicates well with others, is able to prioritize tasks, and acts as a mentor to staff as needed while providing quality in-services and instructions., 4. Ensures proper working condition of all CT/MRI post-processing equipment. Coordinates with vendors for repairs, scheduled maintenance. Maintains inventory and equipment service records., 5. Assists in establishing QC/QA protocols as required by JCAHO, ACR, OSHA, TDH and other agencies when applicable., 6. The Cardiac Sonographer performs and monitors echocardiogram procedures. Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by providers. Communicates with others, such as physicians, Cardiologists, and colleagues, as appropriate, regarding changes in patient's clinical conditions while undergoing echocardiogram. Responsible for equipment maintenance, reporting equipment malfunctions and quality assessment. The Cardiac Sonographer operates assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/patient support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. *This position will be based out of two clinics, spending approximately 50% in the Conviva Goliad Clinic, and 50% in the Conviva Marbach clinic. Note: Mileage is reimbursed for travel between clinics. The Cardiac Sonographer performs diagnostic imaging procedures independently, ensuring accurate results and high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Case Manager Assistant (CM-A) is responsible for assisting the Case Managers with various healthcare service deliveries and discharge planning with the multidisciplinary teams' input. The Case Manager Assistant will be vital in obtaining necessary resources and distributing documents to responsible stakeholders. JOB-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:  Collaborate with Admissions Team and Clinical Liaisons to prepare pre-admissions paperwork.  Access lab reports, medications, and therapy notes to accompany reports to stakeholders.  Fax reports/medical records/clinical records to stakeholders.  Upload and file documents accordingly in resident’s chart.  Ensure all required documents are in the resident’s record prior to admission.  Assist Case Manager in ensuring all appointments such as medical, dental and vision are up to date and scheduled accordingly in a timely manner.  Review medical bills for the residents for accuracy, forward to appropriate stakeholders or guardians for payment.  Complete discharge satisfaction surveys.  Assist with discharge planning for resources and placements, check on placements accepting of payors, bed availability, services provided, cost, etc.  Conduct Admissions Assessments as directed by Case Manager.  Provide backup for treatment planning schedule/changes & distribution.  Assist Case Manager with preparations for Master Treatment Planning Meeting.  Complete a six-month follow-up call to all patients/guardians for a status update.  Transport residents to and from appointments, as directed.  Assist in notifying parent/guardians on updates regarding emergency behavior interventions and serious incident reports as directed by Case Manager.  Assist Case Manager in sitting in on meetings with outside team for weekly check-ins, monthly check-ins, or court hearings.  Assist in coordinating weekly visitation log for weekend visits with family, friends and case workers as directed by Case Manager.  Performs other duties as assigned.
