Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and legal support to a team of Litigation attorneys., • Prepare and edit email correspondence, legal documents, and memos., • Prepare and eFile legal documents in State & Federal courts., • Prepare and finalize legal documents and papers, such as summons, subpoenas, Petitions/Complaints, removals, discovery, motions , etc., • Assist in scheduling and coordinating trial logistics., • Prepare and document attorney billable time and reimbursable expenses., • Assist in scheduling, meeting preparations, and managing calendars., • Assist with other projects as needed. Requirements: Qualifications: • 2+ years of legal assistant experience., • Proficient with Microsoft Word 365, Outlook and Excel., • Familiar with e-filing in Missouri and Federal Courts., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written., • Experience with BigHand dictation, iManage, and SurePoint, preferred but not required.
