Job DescriptionDescription: Summary/Objective The Per Project Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of assigned retail construction projects—ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. This role requires extensive travel, with frequent overnight stays. Essential Functions • Manage multiple retail construction projects from initiation through close-out., • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines., • Oversee all phases of development including entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store turnover, and project closure., • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and developers., • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts., • Review contracts, administer change orders, and ensure quality control., • Monitor progress and report project status, risks, and resolutions., • Utilize web-based project management tools for documentation and tracking., • Oversee logistics and material sourcing, ensuring timely delivery to project sites., • Resolve material sourcing issues and communicate delays or risks proactively., • Manage inbound logistics from supplier to distribution center to store., • Perform on-site assessments, which may require ladder climbing and rooftop access., • Represent the company professionally and deliver exceptional client service. Requirements: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred., • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing retail or large-format (big box) construction projects., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Skilled in web-based project management systems., • Strong written and verbal communication abilities., • Excellent time management and multitasking skills. The environment also involves: • Exposure to construction environments with mechanical parts, fumes, and elevated areas., • Moderate noise levels typical of active construction sites., • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long durations (up to 8 hours a day)., • Regularly climb ladders and stairs, including vertical access to rooftops., • Bend, kneel, crawl, and access tight spaces as needed., • Lift or move objects up to 40 pounds., • Use hands for handling, reaching, and operating field equipment. Job Description Refrigeration Service Technician Reed Restaurant Repair $28-$45+ per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Commercial Refrigeration HVAC-R Hot Side If you've already been in the field for a bit and know your way around tools, systems, and service work, this could be a good move. We're looking for technicians who've put in real time -- about a year or more -- either residential or commercial, and are ready to step into commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment. You don't need to know everything. You do need to have worked as a tech, understand the basics, and show up ready to learn. Most of our best techs are guys who are naturally mechanical, think things through, and pick it up fast once they're hands-on. EPA certification is required. COLORADO LOCATION- Must Live in COLORADO The Work We service restaurants and commercial kitchens, including: • Walk-in coolers & freezers, • Reach-in refrigeration, • Ice machines, • HVAC & rooftop units, • Hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, make-up air, etc.) This is real field work -- not ride-alongs forever and not sink-or-swim either. You'll have backup from senior techs and a strong office team while you build confidence and range. What We're Looking For • At least 1 year working as a technician (residential or commercial), • EPA certified, • Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting, • Own basic hand tools, • Comfortable working in restaurants and on rooftops, • Reliable, steady, and willing to learn, • Clean driving record and able to pass a background check If you've never worked as a tech before, this won't be a fit.
