In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all MEP-related activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and our skilled field team, providing oversight and direction for MEP installations. As an MEP Superintendent, your hands-on leadership will guide multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with building codes, and implementing best practices within your team. Responsibilities: • Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across multiple commercial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable codes, • Coordinate activities of MEP subcontractors and field personnel to maintain project timelines and deadlines, • Conduct regular inspections of MEP work to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards, • Develop and implement project-specific MEP plans, timelines, and work sequences, • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate progress, escalate issues, and propose solutions, • Manage MEP material procurement and logistics to ensure availability and timely installation, • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to field staff in MEP best practices and safety procedures, • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of labor, materials, and project updates, • Enforce adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety practices on job sites, • 7+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, specifically managing MEP systems within commercial construction, • Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and their installations, • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and blueprints, • Proven experience managing multiple trades on large-scale projects Interested in hearing more?
