Job Description Position Summary The Materials Coordinator – Expediter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Materials Coordinator – Expediter positions. The MCES interfaces with internal and external customers to understand changing requirements, deadlines and priorities so as to ensure ongoing projects are completed early or on time. This role supervises all personnel who are specifically assigned to customer projects and is responsible for the training and development of both entry level and experienced subordinates. Job Duties and Responsibilities 1 Supervision, training and development of all direct reports. 2 The MCES shall be responsible for manpower planning and assignment to ensure all projects are being adequately supported. 3 Routinely communicates with Program Managers and Customers in order to provide latest status on parts needed for aircraft currently undergoing maintenance and to request information that is necessary to plan for upcoming aircraft projects. 4 In collaboration with the Planning Department, the MCES shall actively participate in Pre-induction activities which include gathering BOM requirements for fixed and as required parts which are the responsibility of Aspire to provide.
