This includes wiring, electrical, mechanical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing required., • Minimum of 3 years of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment required. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own a big part of that experience, with a particular focus on gamification, engagement, and habit formation. The Role We want to make healthy habits fun for kids. You’ll figure out how we use things like points, streaks, missions, challenges, rewards, levels and other game mechanics to get kids engaged and, more importantly, keep them engaged over time. We’re looking for someone who has built consumer products people use frequently and understands what makes a great engagement loop. Experience in gaming, kids’ apps, education, fitness, or other habit forming products is a big plus. You’ll work closely with design and engineering and have a lot of ownership. This is not a role where you write specs and hand them over. We want someone who has strong opinions about the product, talks to users, looks at the data, gets into the details with design and engineering, ships quickly, and keeps improving what we build. This contractor role will partner closely with Production Procurement leadership, Production Finance, Corporate Finance Legal, Studio Operations, and production stakeholders to drive sourcing execution, supplier coordination, cost management, and issue resolution in a fast-moving production environment. Reporting to the VP, Production Procurement, the Director will help translate production needs into clear procurement workstreams, support vendor strategy and negotiations, track savings and risk items, and maintain disciplined follow-up on production procurement priorities. This role is central to improving visibility, accountability, and responsiveness across production spend while preserving the speed and flexibility required by production teams. The Opportunity SVP of New Product Development is building the next generation of Health Monitor products some built in-house, some through partnerships, all of them aimed at expanding what we can offer pharma and OTC brands beyond our current portfolio. There is an active pipeline of concepts under evaluation, spanning new data assets, AI-enabled engagement layers, and new media formats. We are looking for a contract Product Manager to be the operating partner on that pipeline: the person who keeps the work moving on schedule, turns strategic direction into defined and documented products, and produces the artifacts specs, one-pagers, positioning, sell sheets that let a concept be evaluated, approved, sold, and built. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. There is no team to manage. There is a lot to build. Data / Software Integration Engineer 3 year W2 Contract · Connecticut · 2–3 days on site · Drug Discovery A pharma biologics discovery group is running a large-scale automation programme that is changing how they discover drugs. They are bringing roughly twenty pieces of integrated laboratory hardware online. Each one produces data in its own format, through its own software. Somebody needs to build the connective tissue: getting information out of that equipment and into the databases, scheduling software and analytical platforms where scientists can actually use it. This is a software engineering role that happens to sit next to a lab. You do not need laboratory automation experience. You do need to be a real software engineer, and you do need to be willing to walk into a wet lab and work out how a liquid handler logs a barcode scan. What you'll be building Instruments generate data constantly - a robot moves liquid between plates, scans a barcode, logs what it did, and exports a file at the end of the run. Twenty instruments means twenty variations on that, none of them designed to talk to each other. Your job is to pull it together and route it where it needs to go: • Instrument to database - reliable acquisition, transformation and storage of experimental data, • Instrument to scheduling software - ordering runs, and surfacing errors when something fails mid-run, • Instrument to the analytical environment - getting data to scientists in a form they can process, and to engineering for system monitoring You will have a lot of autonomy over how this gets built. The architecture is not decided. Setting the pattern for how this integration works is the job, not implementing someone else's design. Year one, in one sentence: a working connection from lab equipment through to the database, the instrument scheduling software, and the internal analytical ecosystem. Scientists are process-driven people, and this programme changes how they work. You need to bring them along rather than hand them a solution. Being able to sit with someone's reservations about a new system, and work through them, matters as much as the code.
