Job Description A rapidly growing safety training, consulting, and staffing company based in Warrensburg, NY, is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, safety-conscious individual with strong interpersonal skills and a clean driving record to operate our mobile hearing testing unit. This position requires travel for approximately 15 days each month. Key responsibilities include driving a company pickup truck with a 16-foot hearing trailer to various client worksites, setting up the trailer and testing equipment, and performing hearing screenings using Tremetrics testing equipment and Workplace Integra software. Additional tasks may include conducting respirator fit testing, drug and alcohol testing, and occasional office duties. Our services are provided five days a week across multiple shifts, so candidates must be flexible and willing to accommodate non-traditional work hours as needed. Applicants should have experience driving truck-and-trailer combinations and be capable of troubleshooting basic mechanical or maintenance issues with the trailer and mobile equipment. This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday through Friday, with occasional overnight stays. CAOHC certification and experience in safety training are advantageous. We are seeking a Supportive Housing Mental Health Residential Specialists to join our Supportive Housing - Housing First and Cooper Street Apartments teams. We have full-time, relief, and temporary to permanent opportunities available. Housing First Program: Housing First provides safe, affordable, permanent housing for 18 individuals with histories of being homeless as well as being disabled by mental illness and/or substance abuse. The priority of this housing model is to provide stable housing in an empowering, supportive environment with the goals of increasing residential stability, enhancing tenant skills and fostering greater self-determination. The program consists of 12 one bedroom and 6 studio apartments, a community area and a large fenced in yard. Cooper Street Apartment Program: Our Cooper Street program serves homeless/low-income individuals and families, including children to maintain safe, permanent, supportive housing. We have the honor of offering homeless/low income individuals and families in need a place to call home while working on self-identified goals. Working with the households to achieve these goals, maintain benefits and achieve a personal level of independence is a snapshot of the services being offered in Supportive Housing. Other activities include outings to local attractions, game nights, creative art projects and additional recreational activities. Monthly meetings with tenants and their residential specialist will allow continued progress towards achieving personal and family milestones, while strengthening the professional relationship.
