Job Description Kimes Ranch is seeking a Technology Manager to own and manage day-to-day technology operations across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for ensuring systems are reliable, secure, highly available, and aligned with operational needs. The Technology Manager works closely with Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, and Leadership to support business-critical systems and drive continuous improvement. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure in a fast-moving, operations-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Systems & Infrastructure · Manage and support company technology systems including hardware, servers, networks, endpoints, and user access · Administer Active Directory / Entra ID including users, groups, role-based access, and least-privilege controls · Create and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for endpoint security, configuration standards, and compliance · Manage endpoint lifecycle (Windows/macOS) including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning · Oversee internal networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, authentication services, and connectivity between sites · Ensure system uptime, monitoring, alerting, backups, and baseline security best practices · Support high-availability configurations and identify/remediate single points of failure Business Operations Support · Partner with Operations and Fulfillment teams to support warehouse, shipping, and inventory workflows · Troubleshoot production-impacting technology issues with urgency, accountability, and professionalism · Assist with system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process changes · Translate operational challenges into practical technical solutions · Document systems, procedures, configurations, and technical workflows User Support & Enablement · Serve as a point of escalation for internal technical issues · Provide clear, respectful communication and training to users at all levels of the organization · Own employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems, access, and equipment perspective · Ensure timely provisioning and revocation of access across systems and platforms Governance & Standards · Enforce technology policies, access controls, security standards, and acceptable-use guidelines · Maintain professionalism and constructive communication at all times · Escalate risks, gaps, or issues factually and appropriately · Support audit readiness and internal controls related to technology operations Required Qualifications · 5+ years experience in IT, systems administration, or technology operations · Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity/access management · Strong understanding of infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and operational technology systems · Experience supporting ERP, inventory, fulfillment, or retail systems · Ability to manage multiple priorities without hostility or unprofessional behavior · Clear written and verbal communication skills · High attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Qualifications · Experience in apparel, retail, eCommerce, or distribution environments · Familiarity with BlueCherry, Shopify, POS systems, WMS, or EDI environments · Experience working with vendors, MSPs, integrations, and third-party platforms · Exposure to high-availability environments, backups, and disaster recovery planning Work Environment & Expectations · Hands-on, on-site collaboration with Operations and Fulfillment teams · Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, accountability, and ownership · Professional, respectful conduct is a core requirement of this role at all times We Offer We believe our team members are family.
