Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directions., • Manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments., • Provide concierge-level services to ensure client satisfaction and seamless communication., • Handle inbound calls promptly, addressing questions or forwarding them as needed., • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring it reflects the company's standards., • Monitor and manage incoming correspondence, including mail and packages., • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records., • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations., • Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information., • Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required., • Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach., • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Familiarity with basic computer applications and office equipment., • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences.
