Job Description Position Overview A busy, patient-focused plastic surgery practice is seeking a friendly, energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient front office experience in a clinical and aesthetic environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing patient interactions, scheduling, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced medical setting. Qualifications • Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (medical or aesthetic office preferred), • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor, • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, • Experience with scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, or practice management software is a plus, • Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and professionalism, • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and general office systems, • Customer service experience in healthcare, med spa, or surgical practice preferred, • Familiarity with medical insurances, • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required Responsibilities • Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner, • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination, • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries, • Maintain accurate patient records and intake documentation, • Verify basic patient information and assist with forms and onboarding, • Coordinate with clinical staff, providers, and aestheticians for daily scheduling flow, • Handle front desk operations including filing, data entry, and office organization, • Support patient experience by ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment, • Assist with administrative tasks and general office support as needed, • Uphold privacy standards and professionalism at all times Benefits / Pay • Full-Time position, • Pay: $22 - $26 per hour, based on experience, • Paid time off and holiday schedule (for full-time employees)Company DescriptionBoard Certified Plastic Surgery PracticeBoard Certified Plastic Surgery Practice
