Phase 1: Gain Real-World Experience as a Financial Professional Your journey begins by stepping into the role of a financial professional, where you'll gain firsthand insight into the work we do and the lives we impact. Phase 2: Transition into Leadership as an Associate Partner Once you've met key performance milestones, you may be invited to join our six-month Associate Partner training program, where you’ll begin your formal transition into management. This leadership track is designed to develop your ability to recruit, mentor, and lead a team of financial professionals. As an Associate Partner, you’ll gain: • Targeted leadership training and support, • Guidance on team-building and people development, • Opportunities to rise through senior management levels over time, • Resources to grow a thriving team Your career path at New York Life is built for progression—from individual impact to leading and scaling a team. How We Will Compensate You: At the beginning of your career, income is commission-based, providing you with upside earning potential tied to your effort and results. Compensation: $136,000 - $151,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: Training and Resources As a Fast Track participant, you’ll gain deep insight into the values, capabilities, and client-first mission that make New York Life an industry leader. Product Solutions You’ll become well-versed in the full spectrum of New York Life’s insurance and financial solutions that help clients protect and grow their wealth, including: • Life Insurance, • Annuities, • Long-Term Care Insurance, • Disability Income Insurance, • Mutual Funds and Investment Products offered through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) In order to offer investment products, you must obtain the necessary securities licenses, complete FINRA registrations, and affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative. With these solutions, you’ll have the ability to design customized strategies that address each client’s unique needs—from income protection and retirement readiness to wealth accumulation and legacy planning—backed by the strength and stability of a Fortune 100 company.
