What you will be doing: • The Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring an exceptional standard of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the community., • Leads front-line staff, conducts inspections, provides training, coordinates daily work assignments, and ensures timely completion of resident and department needs., • Upholds luxury hospitality principles and contributes to a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, guests, and team members., • Ability to work with courtesy and professionalism in resident homes., • Participate in safety audits and assist with regulatory readiness activities., • Perform regular inspections of completed work and conduct follow-up training where needed. Maintain accurate daily logs, inspections, and assignment documentation., • Coach team members through real-time feedback, training, and service modeling., • Follows all safety protocols, infection-control procedures, and emergency preparedness guidelines., • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to housekeeping and laundry associates. What we are looking for: • Ability to uphold our core values, follow policies and procedures., • Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff., • Able to work a flexible schedule, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts., • Most importantly, have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask)., • Ability to lead and inspire., • HS Diploma/GED preferred., • 1-2 years previous housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services supervisor experience preferred., • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills., • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry operations, equipment, and safety protocols., • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency with work order or facility management systems is a plus.
