American Traveler is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel job in Towson, Maryland. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Start Date: 06/15/2026, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours, days, • Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview • Shift: Days, 5x8hrs, • Hours: 40 hrs/wk, • Start Date: Jun 15, 2026, • Length: 13 weeks, • Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine department serving both outpatient and inpatient populations, • Adult and geriatric patient population, • High scan volume with procedures including nuclear stress tests, HIDA scans, V/Q scans, biliary studies, lymph injections, and amyloid studies, • GE equipment and SPECT CT G850 utilized in this department, • 5x8 day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, • Every other weekend on-call required (either Saturday or Sunday, not both consecutive days), • Weekday on-call coverage required twice per week from 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, • Floating required within the specialty, to other units, and to sister facilities within clinical scopeRequirements, • ARRT(N) or ARRT(R) and NMTCB certification required, • Current BLS required, • State license required if applicable, • Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required, • Experience with nuclear stress tests, HIDA scans, V/Q scans, and related advanced nuclear medicine procedures, • Experience with GE nuclear medicine equipment preferredAdditional Information, • First-time travelers will be considered for this position, • Holiday coverage required as scheduled, • Black scrubs required With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
