Job Description Position Summary: The Mortgage Loan Consultant (MLC) proactively originates new residential mortgage business and promotes USF Federal Credit Union mortgage products to members through business development activities, inbound calls, business relationships and branch referrals. What You’ll Do: • Lead, mentor, and support a talented nursing team., • Oversee daily clinical operations of our PPEC center., • Coordinate and implement individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with physicians., • Ensure safe, high-quality care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations., • Partner with the Administrator on staff development, training, and quality improvement., • Current LPN and CPR certification., • At least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience (including 6+ months with medically fragile children in a PPEC, NICU, PICU, or similar setting within the past 5 years)., • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills., • Compassion, patience, and dedication to making a positive impact.
