EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical or related discipline required; MBA/MHA preferred., • Three or more years’ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment., • Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility., • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations., • Strong working knowledge of financial management and business development processes. Starting pay rate is $13 per hour with raises based on performance. Ideal candidate will be a kind, conscientious, and detail-oriented caregiver with a flexible schedule! Duties include: • Playgroup Supervision: Overseeing a playgroup of dogs and managing their behavior and playtime., • Canine Knowledge: You’ll learn animal behavior in order to provide a safe environment, including studying canine body language and learning how to make dogs comfortable in a kennel and playgroup environment., • Cleaning: Managing the cleanliness of our kennels and play areas and maintaining the highest possible cleaning standards. Cleaning toys, washing dishes, mopping floors, vacuuming hair, and taking care of unpleasant doggy messes are critical aspects of the job!, • Daily Care: Feeding pets according to parents’ instructions; making sure all dogs have fresh water, clean bedding, and a comfortable space to stay overnight. Our IV Infusion services are a key part of our health and recovery offerings, and we’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team. Position Summary: The IV Infusion RN will be responsible for administering IV vitamin therapy, injections, and supporting various wellness treatments in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about integrative health and who enjoys providing one-on-one care in a non-hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: * Administer IV vitamin infusions, IM injections, and booster shots with precision and care. * Monitor clients during infusions, assess for adverse reactions, and respond appropriately. * Educate clients on IV therapy benefits and answer health-related questions within scope of practice. * Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance. * Follow all safety and infection control procedures. * Support other wellness services and team members. * Maintain inventory and cleanliness of infusion area. Qualifications: * Active RN license in North Carolina. * Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. * Minimum 1 year of IV insertion experience required. * Excellent IV skills, including the ability to work with small or difficult veins. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Passion for wellness, preventative care, and client-centered service. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred: * Experience in a wellness, med spa, or outpatient setting. * Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and holistic therapies. * Sales experience. Schedule Requirements: * This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. * Weekend availability is required, with scheduling flexibility based on center needs.
