Job Description About the Position We are seeking a technician who wants to grow in an entrepreneurial, empowering, and safety-focused environment. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to minimize downtime and ensure the highest level of reliability. The fleet varies by location but typically includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and specialty industrial equipment. Trade school or technical training preferred. 1–3 years of experience as a technician working with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty systems (generators, HVAC, oil/gas equipment) strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills Abilities Ability to provide your own mechanic tools. Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, including troubleshooting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Bilingual abilities may be required based on location. Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50+ lbs. Compensation Starting pay may vary based on location, experience, and training.
